Our Projects

Conducted in the summer of 2024 and in collaboration with Startup House Vienna, these workshops invited experts from various fields to speak and brainstorm on the design of organizations and workplaces that are equipped to match the demands of the contemporary world.

While developing the idea of the company and us as individuals, Deirdre Shea Swanson and me continuously sought for ways to bring our mission into the world and make it more accessible – among others with help of Julia Cholewik and Yana Latinovich. 

While working on our own brand, we never forget that the people in your audience are those who truly matter. So we aimed (and still aim) to use many different channels to implement the ideas of collaboration and organizational design that shape New Work Targets.
